  We didnt have time to do much as we were only there a few hours brfore getting up very early to fly from the airport - The peace and quietness. Had very little disturbance even though it is next to the airport.Comfortable bed

  As a lone female traveller I can sometimes feel a little uneasy in new places, but the staff were amazing! So friendly I instantly felt quite relaxed and at home there, very helpful and more than willing to put themselves out for you! I cannot praise them highly enough! I will definitely stay there again, and would happily recommend - Clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Had plenty of pillows and you didn't have to ask for extras. Motel style a little different to what we are used to but at least it was quiet (no corridor doors slamming in the night).

  Recently refurbished so decor of a high standard, room of a good size, extremely comfortable and we were lucky enough to have a fantastic view over the river. Although we were told the hotel was full, there was very little noise to disturb us.   The receptionists and staff members were very friendly and helpful.The Indian lady at the reception in particular was very good.The room was by far more than what I expected for a `budget hotel`.Way way better than the expensive Ramada I had stayed at in Wolverhampton the month before.The Ibis Bed was exceptionally good and very comfortable.The ro... vad folk säger » om was very clean and tidy, same with bathroom.The breakfast was equally good.Overall I would go back to this hotel again.I really liked the facilitie - This might sound like a strange praise, but this hotel had one of the best showers I've ever experienced. This is not something you usually think of when signing up, but I was surprised how proper water pressure, temperature and general pleasantness can make or break a stay. We'll meet again, Ibis Coventry shower, of that I'm sure.

  Very friendly staff and locals. Real log fire in the lounge. Great choice of reasonably priced food and drink including real ales. Great breakfast. Conveniently placed for Stoneleigh Exhibition Centre which we were visiting. Easy access from the m69 motorway and the Coventry bypass. Room is what you would expect for the money, standard bed and ensuite but clean and comfy enough. All in all real value for money. - Friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff with an excellent menu of lovely home cooked food - the steak and ale pie and the full English breakfast were particularly good. Everything you could possibly need in the rooms, even biscuits which was a nice touch. Very clean with lovely large white fluffy towels and a powerful shower. This was our third stay at the Oak and we will certainly be staying here again when we are next in the area

  The Staff, particularly an extremely helpful receptionist named Libby. She went out of her way to sort out a problem that we had created ourselves and deserves recognition for her level of excellent customer service. All amenities and especially the air conditioning were top class. The breakfast was very enjoyable - as is with most Premier Inns. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Coventry City Centre. Would recommend as a great value for money hotel!

  I have been staying in Coventry's B&Bs and hotels at least once a week for the last year and this is the best stay so far. Nice and clean rooms, en-suite, very homely, good value, free wifi, there is a post office opposite the guest house which opens very early and you can get coffee for the journey. Ensuite, tea & coffee, TV, and everything beautifully clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful, whilst not intrusive, and the location is great for University of Warwick. Peaceful location whilst handy for the motorways. We chose to have the optional breakfast - superb. We will use this again while son is at university there.

  The nice atomopshere, The man on night duty, he was really kind & friendly & made me as a solo woman feel very safe! I had advised the hotel i would be arriving around 1.00 am & as I pulled up in the dark this man was at the door waiting , fantastic service! - Relaxed informal atmosphere, staff extremely helpful and friendly.   An extremely friendly hotel. I was unable to drive because I had injured my knee and the owner very kindly drove me to where I had to be on the Monday. I would recommend the hotel unreservedly; spotless, well equipped and excellent value for money but most importantly the genuine staff.
