I travel alot for work and stay in numerous hotels. This hotel has been the best by far. Friendly staff who will go out of their way for you. Good food at reasonable prices the evening meal and breakfast were lovely. The rooms clean and comfortable. I will stay here again next time I am in Ayr.
The most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds were amazing, including the extra bed in the room. Breakfast is the best I have ever had in a hotel. You were absolutely spoilt for choice. Extremely modern and well decorated.alla recensioner »

From the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed so comfortable, have already recommended to friends.
Staff were very friendly and helpful first time I've stayed in a premier inn and I will be going back in August with my partner and little girl for a weekend.
Premier Inn beats all the other budget hotel chains hands down. 10 out of 10 yet again for comfort, convenience, value for money and friendliness of staff.

Comfortable room and bed.
cleanliness.
Not a bad word to say about the hotel or the staff. Only comment is that the hotel was further away from the airport than I had thought but it was just under ten pounds in a taxi.
not a lot really, maybe change the channel on the t.v near the bar every now and then.
I just don't like hotels where you don't get soap but have this thing on the wall to press to get some goo out of to wash yourself with.
Nothing.
Six of us had a meal and it was poor, more than half the wine list was out of stock, my daughters chicken was uncooked but most of all it was economy pub food at resturant prices. Service was good but I wish we had walked down the road to Frankie and Benny's or even KFC in ASDA carpark would have been tastier.
The breakfast was a bit dried up but overall a good selection on offer.
Everything was as we expected. Thank you.
I didn't like that there was no telephone in the rooms. Not everyone has a mobile phone.
We occupied a room at the end of the corridor on the third floor. The constant drone and hum from machinery (conditioning/ventilation?) above us on the roof was rather annoying.
Took a few times round the block fo find the road leading to the entrance.
The room was too small for family of 4 and the sides of the travel cot wouldnt stay up even though there wasnt really enough room for the travel cot.
staff in restraunt need more training, sat for 20 mins and had to approach them to get a ,drink and waited 15/20 mins for food order to be taken.
only the fact the couple we were travelling with, was at the other side of the .
poor wifi connection.
Disturbed sleep as ppl chapping doors and shouting.
No complaints!.
Food choices a bit limited unless you like lots of calories!.
nothing.
There was a fire alarm during the night also the room we were in 325 had a really loud group of males who spent most of the early hours making a lot of noise and knocking on room doors . Therefore we did not get a lot of sleep.
no baths in room ,just shower.
no bath
being above front door and ahving smaokers chatting late at night under my window.
Nothing.
No phone in room.
shower leaking.
Asked for interconnecting rooms a time of booking but this was not done for us.
ground floor room , waiting 20 minutes to be checked in, fire alarm going off early in the morning, gladly a false alarm.
Water leak in bathroom really spoiled our stay and staff were very indifferent when the problem was reported.
Food poor. Stayed 7 nights and ate dinner twice. Disappointed on both occasions.
Heating and water temperature had to be adjusted.
was very disappointed .on arriving was hungry after day at races and was told there was no food as they had no gas and offered no alternative.
Window had a constant breeze coming in through it even when closed, this
made for an uncomfortable stay as I had to turn the heating up to
compensate, but the draft was still obvious.
