The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay at the hotel was excellent and I would recommend it to my friends and family. - The staff was extremely helpful. The facilities and location were great, especially for the price. Even
though we weren't that close to the main attractions, buses were
right out the front door for wherever we wanted to go and the airport
bus was close, as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the
food was great for a very reasonable price. But the best part of the

The staff were very friendly and nothing was a bother for them. David was our first point of contact and Colin (the older one...lol) was fantastic with my grand-daughter. Meals were excellent, there was a wide variety of drinks. The security locks in the corridors made us feel extra safe and the room we were in was very comfortable with a very spacious bathroom. Overall I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. Will Definitely be back. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great with a good selection. The location of the hotel is quite far from the city center but there is a bus leaving every 5-10 mins from just around the corner. It takes about 20 mins and drops you right on Pinces Street. We used to own public houses and a small hotel so therefore we have high expectations your hotel met all of our own personal standards. If you want to stay out of central downtown, are driving a car and take buses and tours, this works very well. Some signs of wear and tear here and there but it has the character of an older building which was exactly what I was looking for in Scotland. The downstairs sitting room with snacks and bar fridge a nice feature. Business office available.
