  The room was very clean and tidy, felt like you were at home! excellent value for money. the main town was just on your doorstep. have booked up for later in the year, i would recommend this hotel to anyone. - Very friendly, helpful and warm people!   The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel.
