  We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful.   The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor.   I have attended BSI training course. In my leisure time, I was in leisure club, which was execellent. The food was also good. The conference facilities was brilliant!!!! - No request was any trouble the staff were outstanding and ready toassist in any way possible. We stayed as a Wedding party
