We could not fault this hotel in any way. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the food and service was excellent. A perfect location across from Old Trafford with easy access by bus to the Trafford Centre. Nytt o fräscht - Being a new hotel, it was very clean, the rooms were great (loved the showers). As the purpose of our trip was shopping, the Ramada is quite close by taxi to the Trafford Centre. Didnt eat in the hotel restaurant but as I passed, one customers dinner looked fantastic, I also heard another guest comment that their food was wonderful
... vad folk säger » .Bar staff were very professional and friendly. - The hotel was fabulous,very clean and the location was brilliant,a few minutes walk from Old Trafford Grounds,Lowry Centre and just a taxi ride to the Trafford Centre and Arndale Centre.The staff were so welcoming and so helpful in every way,especially as we had our 7year old daughter with us and they couldn't have being more helpful and understanding.

The apartment was great. I booked for a one bedroom apartment and it was only for one person. I got there and the apartment was huge and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was bread, juice, condiments, biscuits all provided free of charge. The staff were very helpful. Very comfortable stay!! - I was most impressed with the food provided

It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

Very good location, comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities, well functioning climate control (it was really hot in Manchester when we were visiting), no noise from the street (and Oxford Rd is a busy one), easy to get everywhere, including main universities (we were for the graduation week). -

location was perfect. rooms were clean and comfortable. and the staff were exceptional especially Claire on reception who helped us when we needed an email printing off with our concert tickets on it. she also helped us with advice re travelling around manchester and gave us information about shops, restaurants etc. she really is an asset to this hotel and nothing was too much trouble for her.

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.
