  It was one of the best Best Western Hotels that we have stayed in, lovely building and very clean and in good decor and the staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful, would definitely book this hotel again - The staff were very accommodating, they arranged for an early book in and when I requested room service ... vad folk säger » they were happy to accommodate my request even though it was not a specific menu item.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping filled up the welcome tray day by day for free. The WiFi was free as well. There was an iPod dock which also had an alarm function. The bathroom had a good size and you could easily refresh the air in the room if you opened both of the windows. The electric radiator was fantastic. The LCD TV had a good size and you can plug in your flash drive to play music or photo sl - I looooovvvveeee Lansdowne! It is value for money! Free gym incl. Which has jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Swimming pool is small (not the average 25m- but that's not a bad thing when you just want to chill!). Right next to croydon town centre for food and shopping. Next to trams and bus stops (some buses are 24 hour) and East Croydon station with fast trains to Victoria and London Brigde which each take approx. 15Mins. Most importantly, the rooms are clean. Some of the rooms are more spacious
