Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor. Room was clean, fairly large, comfortable, well-designed, all the amenities you might need. 24/7 ironing room and food service if needed, also a decent quiet family pub next door. We often stay at Ibis Budget in Birmingham, so getting this room for such a good price was a no brainer!
The rooms, although basic, do exactly what they say on the tin! The beds are comfy and the shower's are always good. The lass on reception (sorry failed to get her name!) was brilliant! Friendly, helpful and very pleasant.

I stayed here for one night when I went to Leeds to explore the city.
It's in a great location! Takes just a few minutes to walk to the
city centre and the main bus station. Its a nice hotel and a great value
for money. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and very
comfortable, very good air conditioning which is handy in the winter
cold, and there is a good selection of tv channels. The showers are
fantastic. Overall just a great hotel, highly recommended.
