The rooms are very quiet, for uk measures quite large, clean and very
convenient for the no-nonsense business traveller without any luxury

Having to arrived very early and tired I asked if there was any possibility of going into my room earlier and the staff really went out of thier way to help by getting the room ready early they came to find me to tell me that the room was ready and i was then able to have a sleep and wake feeling refreshed. This was really very good and helpful.
All the staff are very kind no matter who they were be it reception, cleaners, dining room bar, I would say that they are proably the most helpful hot

I was very impressed with the layout of the room (seperate toilet and shower room for 2+ guests, sit down shower/bath for comfort etc) and the colour scheme of the room, the sheets were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely welcome on arrival, very friendly and the cookie was amazing!! Such a nice little touch! We was on the 10th floor and pleasantly surprised with the view of the train station and city. i stayed at the double tree hilton for the easter weekend with my partner. we found this hotel to be fantastic value compared to others in the local area as well as being in a great location. everything was within a 5 mins stroll like bars, restaurants and the new trinity shopping centre. the staff were very friendly and helpful with information of the local area. parking at the hotel was very handy asare rarely found at city centre hotels. the room itself was fresh, modern, and very clean with

Jag tyckte att städningen skötes utmärkt! städning varje dag och underbara städare. - Wifi connection was free and very fast. although I had to use my own Ethernet cable.
