  Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Loved the parrots and the lovely scenery overlooking the lakes and wildlife. Reception area light and bright. Dining rooms great - did not see a mark anywhere. One of the cleanest and most friendly hotels I have stayed at.   We arrived at 11.15am and the Receptionist found us a room and allowed us to check in early as we were going to a football match. All the staff during the stay were very friendly.
