Låg bra till hands med trafiken till och från flyget - This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean. Location is excellent, bearing in mind that there is the Hopper bus service every 20 minutes or so to terminals 1, 2 and 3. - The room was very comfortab

The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well. The staff is very polite, happy and they like children. Its a very personal and nice place to stay at. We can recomend you a visit at the mad cow in Richmond

Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Nice idea to have a bar, shame it wasn't properly stocked, but on second night the chap manning the bar went out of his way to get ice and fizzy water for my White wine spritzer - so full marks to him! I liked the ground floor room and the tranquillity although on a major Motorway, but most of all loved the dog walk. The best one I have come across for a Motorway Hotel. My dog and I will certainly come again when staying in the vicinity.

parking at the hotel was good, the staff were excellent and the decor was great. There was alos a good atmosphere in the bar. unfortunately i didn't have time to make use of the pool or gym facilities. - was a great experience,value for money highly recommended
