  Låg bra till hands med trafiken till och från flyget - This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean. Location is excellent, bearing in mind that there is the Hopper bus service every 20 minutes or so to terminals 1, 2 and 3. - The room was very comfortab... vad folk säger » le and quiet...something I needed after a long day of travel.   It is a charming little bed and breakfast with a courteous and friendly staff. The owner, Patricia, was very helpful. She made sure that breakfast was ready early so we could make it back to Heathrow on time.   Having stayed at an ibis budget before I knew what to expect . Ideal for those on a strict budget who just want a place to stay for the night. Not as comfortable as other budget hotels ( Travelodge , premier inn etc ) but again those are more expensive . The rooms are basic but modern .   The people that worked there were really friendly and knew the local area well enough to suggest good places to eat - The room was clean, and the food taste well.   Location was useful - right on motorway; access to services meant good choice of fast=food. Nice idea to have a bar, shame it wasn't properly stocked, but on second night the chap manning the bar went out of his way to get ice and fizzy water for my White wine spritzer - so full marks to him! (lady on the night before said, sorry no ice and only ... vad folk säger » still water!); loved the balcony/smoking area; also check in chap on first night was very chirpy. - I liked the ground floor room and the tranquillity although on a major Motorway, but most of all loved the dog walk. The best one I have come across for a Motorway Hotel. My dog and I will certainly come again when staying in the vicinity.
