I liked the extremely convenient position of Number Twelve in relation to the centre of town & the train station. It was immediately appealing to find the house set in an attractive square & off-set from any potential noise from the main road. In every respect it was very clean, comfortable & welcoming.

Loved the friendly efficiency, the decor, the attention to detail and
the breakfast. I thought at first that the mattress was uncomfortable,
but then slept like a log, so what do I know! A few minutes walk from
the train station but only a short walk into town, so perfect location
for our needs. Thank you in particular for looking after our bag for the
day and for the very welcome cup of tea and rest in the lounge before
our journey home, even though we had checked out several hours before.
