The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We have sent an email to the hotel telling them how nice it was. - The rooms were lovely and the facilities excellent, especially knowing we were paying a bargain price!

The breakfast is excellent and the room is very comfortable. Having Touchwood shopping cetnre accross the road is also very convenient. - The facilities available to guests and the fact that the shopping centre was just a stone through away.

Everything was absolutely exquisite: the facilities are superb, but, above all, the atmosphere is as friendly, welcoming and totally helpful as can be. The fact that the staff were focussed on the guests' needs at all times. They were obviously working as a team under the ethos that enthusiasm and professionalism establishes the standard of the hotel - and it worked!
The concept of the hotel was interesting (an eye hospital transformed into a luxury hotel) and that difference added to its charm.

We used Hotel du Vin as a base for a hen party and enjoyed drinks in the bar, booked Afternoon Tea and a Cocktail Masterclass, along with the accommodation. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for everyone and suited our trip. We really enjoyed relaxing & playing in the spa pool - wish we had brought our gym kit too.

Room was excellent, with a massive bathroom! Bed was very comfortable. the room I stayed in was in one of the lodges- a very short walk away from the main hotel- they are single-floor, chalet style and are very quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast with a very wide variety of choice.
