  The staff were very nice and helpful, the setting and the hotel was very nice were and the room was excellent. - Room was beautiful and the surrounding country location amazing even though it is next to the moterway.

  I stay in hotels across the country for business and its really nice to stay somewhere offering personal service in an informal relaxed setting. Room was fine clean offered a drink on arrival and pay on departure . Beds comfortable and lots if plug sockets great for charging phones etc without having to have a Rota.   Norwood had a very welcoming and homely atmosphere.Wifi was free with excellent connectivity. The room had a great selection of beverages. I paid £7.50 extra for breakfast as I had booked room only originally, and the selection of food on offer was wide ranging and very appetising. The room was quiet, very nicely furnished, it even had a DVD player with DVDs to watch. The staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast was abundant and exquisite.
