  Was a bit wary given the bad reviews, but this was a fantastic experience. Lovely old castle with modern facilities, friendly staff, peaceful location with large grounds, huge beds, superb breakfast, and the gym and pool facilities were top class.   This is our second stay at the hotel. You get a warm welcome as you arrive and this carries on through all the staff. You are treated like a guest instead of just another number. The staff are so helpful and will go out of their way to help. Food is excellent.   I liked everything about the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much bother. The rooms are comfortable and clean as is the beds.   The hotel staff were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The decor was impressive and very interesting. The room was lovely, modern, clean and well presented. Breakfast was also nice with a personal choice of a cooked breakfast. The multi-story car park is just around the corner which was also good.   Nice clean rooms, bit small but fine for price paid. Bed comfortable. Staff very attentive. WiFi added bonus! All we needed on hand including iron and board. Very central location and was surprised at what little noise we heard. Jacuzzi bath was a highlight. Was worried about only continental breakfast but needn't had been, lots to choose from and... vad folk säger » very well laid out. All in all a great experience. Would definately recommend and stay here again. - Was only for one night but would stay again. Very comfy bed, clean white cotton bed linen which smelt of that "just dried in the fresh air" smell, not the usual hotel laundry smell. A massive jacuzzi bath, (bit noisy you would have to shout if you wanted a conversation), the colour scheme easy on the eye, quite restful considering. Good substantial self serve continental breakfast the following morning. Friendly staff.

  We visited the Cults as we were attending a family party being held in the reception hall within the hotel so it was great leaving the reception and going straight to our room rather than having to hang around waiting on taxis. Great night overall & a Great Hotel, Thanks - The staff couldn't have been more friendly, efficient and obliging. As we were going to a wedding, we asked if we could get into our rooms before official check in time and it was not a problem.
