Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. They went out of their way to help. The receptionist even gave me her mobile phone to use! The spa centre was enjoyable. They had woman only swimming/spa time too. The quality of the food at the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely visit here again, we even extended our stay at Ankara because the hotel was so good, we did not want to leave.

They were also very quick to attend to their guests, every time we called the reception within 5 minutes someone was at our door. We stayed in a cave room for two nights. From the picture I wasn't expecting it to be very nice, but it turned out to be a very pleasant, comfy, and cozy room.
