  The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was quite large and had adequate lighting,linens, a mini-bar, etc. and beautiful inlaid wood flooring. The breakfasts were very good, changing a little bit daily. Nice breakfast terrace. - good staff, location

  The hotel was in very close proximity to the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, the Topkapi Palace, the Obelisks and the Grand Bazaar. Besides that it was also close to the tram line to Sirkeci and the bus to Taxim. Couldnt have asked for more.   I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager . This was like a breath of fresh air as I had experienced difficulty with another hotel called best Nobel And Nobel hotel so was beginning to think Istanbul was not good for solo female travellers!!! I have booked again for 6 nights in February so I can fully experience the hotel's fine hospitality
