  1) Nice friendly staff, homely atmosphere , Mesut and young lady at reception were quite helpful. 2) Room was spacious (huge) with kitchenette having electric kettle, microwave, induction cooker 3) Clean wash room with separate shower area 4) Location close to international convention centre (400 meters), 15 mts walk to Taksim. It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

  Konak Hotel is the best - We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Istanbul. Friendly and always helping receptionists. Room was arranged every day. My 3 year old son was very comfortable. Room is ideal for couple with one kid. Located very close to Taksim and close to shopping street. Taxis come next to the door. I liked the gym,steam room and the swimming pool very much. - DIVAN Istanbul is perfectly central, 3 minutes walk to Istiklal Caddesi and a 8 minute walk to the Dolmabahçe Palace and Bosphorus. While a hotel in an ideal location is not necessarily a good hotel, this hotel is close to ideal as it is luxurious, affordable with friendly and helpful staff. Made our stay in Istanbul memorable. Moreover, it has a good gymn, indoor swimming pool and a spa.
