The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. We were there at the time of the Taksim square demonstrations so traffic-wise it was a bit complicated to get in and out. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and very new with nice finishing and was cleaned everyday. The staff were very friendly and helped us in booking restaurants/clubs and speak good English. The Location of the hotel was excellent for those who would like shopping and dining. luxury shops and dining places were so near couple of minutes walking.
