  It is the best hotel ive got ever through letsbookhotel.com, location view, cleanliness, staff...every thing. For Family it is your best choice, spaces are more than enough, security is very high, you can leave your kids in the suite playing or watching tv without any risk, below the building there are sets of restaurants, cafes and supermarket. There was a free shuttle 3 times daily to Taksim Square and Sultanahmet, the driver was polite and very careful with the passengers' safety. The room was clean, had all facilities, we have really felt like home. The breakfast was rich. Nearby there is a supermarket and a few restaurants/cafes. It is close to highway. There was parking underground and outside in front of the hotel. The internet connection was good.

  The suite is a small apartment with a small kitchen opened on the living room. Much better than a classic hotel room if you intend to spend time in your room. Location is right on Taksim place, in front of Gezi park and Divan hotel.   We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very clean and very new with nice finishing and was cleaned everyday. The staff were very friendly and helped us in booking restaurants/clubs and speak good English. The location is great, in one of the best parts of istanbul full of nice cafes and away from the busy touristy areas.   I spend my honey moon at moss suites .I like the hotel location ,It is 2 minutes far from taksim square the markets and cinemas .the staff was very much cooperative Dorsun and abdulatif and the lady whi speaks Arabic I forget her name but she helped a lot and advise me very much how to go and where to go .   Was a Decent place to stay with large bedroom . Location is excellent and 10 min walking distance from blue mosque grand bazaar Hague Sophia . Breakfast was same all 5 days but then basics were provided . Don't expect much . . However the owner have us a warm welcome . And the reception staff was courteous.   I liked the comfortbale and beautifuly designed rooms, they had used every bit of space, since the rooms were a bi t small, but it hink they must have spent around 15 thousand dolalrs in each rooms decorationa and remodelling. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Serkan, who helped us a lot with all kinds of things from transfer from the airport to finding the way to the nearest exhange office. Stylish rooms. Good price. Definitely gonna recommend this place to people i know!
