  From the first moment till the last second, they make you feel you are the only person in the hotel. Hospitality is awesome and also the facilities. - Rooms are beyond excellent. Extremely spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and professional.

  We stayed only a night at the hotel and did not have time to see hotels facilities and services. But rooms were confortable and staff were good. - Nice big rooms with clean carpets and furniture. Very nice bathroom.

  We really stayed very short at the hotel (about 10 hrs) and there are no major likes or dislikes. As far as we observe, personnel very kind and helpful and rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is literally "one step away" from shopping outlets.   Very good hotel. Well it's a bit far from Ataturk Airport, however if you have your business around Atasehir or Asian side in general, I believe it's very well located. It's situated next to O2 highway thus u can easily connect to main road and reach your destination. Spa is not extravagant but extremely effective and clean.   The history: Agatha Christie wrote her [Murder on the Orient Express] at this hotel. There is a small exhibition area on the fourth floor about this and other historic moments. The elevator from 1895 can still run (though not always in use). They sell postcards and other souvenirs about the hotel at the front desk. Really a piece of history! The Breakfast - A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

  Only had a quick stay at Green Park Merter-arriving 8:00pm and leaving at 7:00 am to catch a flight. I was traveling with group of 10 friends and only hitch was at time of pick-up at airport there was communication issue which we required two trips. Hotel staff could not have been more pleasant and accomodating to our group with an early breakfast ... vad folk säger » provided and shuttle to airport. - Nice and helpful staff - overall exceeded my expectations, great service, responsiveness to my needs, generous breakfast, clean room, beautiful garden
