  New hotel. Good location at the entrance of Bursa. Not close to the downtown but it was ok for me as I hired a car. Most of the facilities are around and within walking distance e.g. restaurants, grossery, shops. Spacious room. Modern. Clean. Well equipped. Fabulous spa and gyme. - Amazing hotel. Great staff.   A true five star experience, the location is some how far from Bursa attractions, but it is easy to reach it by taxi or metro, the rooms are great and spacious, the health club facilities are great. the staff are nice and friendly, the upgraded our room to a bigger one, the breakfast is not bad. - Cleanliness, design, services, friendly staff, bu... vad folk säger » dget-friendly are the least to describe this new hotel.   I have stayed there for a business trip. Hotel stuff were helpful and friendly. They try to perfect their service. If I visit bursa again I know where I will stay now. The place of hotel is awesome. Just next to the Uludag forest in back of hotel and city panorama in front. - Old hotel and very bad

  This smallish hotel (17 rooms) has been totally renovated in the past two years, and is a very nice facility of four floors. (There's no elevator, but the staff will see your bags to your room.) The young owner is most friendly and helpful, and one takes to him immediately. He has good English, and can't do enough t - I have stayed only two days on a business trip at the Burse City Hotel. I have never enjoyed sutch a generous hospitality in a hotel before. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When i was late for a meeting for example, they just toulk there car and drove me there! 15km! And when i had a problem with my creditcard they refused to take my payment (the last cash i had on me!) untill i made sure the problem with my card was fixed.
