The Location is just excellent. few meters away from many of the touristic spots of Bursa. As for the size, as we stayed in the family room (2 connected rooms) we had no issue with space, but actually the size was much spacious than many other hotels we stayed at in Turkey. Staff's English speaking skills and customer service was very good. Would definitely visit and stay there again. The location is very close to the Great Mosque and Bazaar area. Staff were very helpful. We asked difficult directions and their English wasn't fluent but they found the information and drew maps for us. Breakfast was excellent and the room comfortable clean and quiet.

Absolutely clean, very friendly staff, great breakfast, spacy nicely designed rooms. It could be easily 4 star hotel. Room was fine if somewhat sterile. Staff were helpful as far as their limited English permitted. Lovely breakfast- a kind lady kept us supplied with yoghurt! If you have a burning desire to see Bursa ...stay here. Location good for bazaar and old town. Modern. Staff not much English but one lady very good. All staff helpful friendly. Nice family suite. Good breakfast. Valet parking free. The location was great, right next to the old Bursa, and Ulu Cami (the big Mosque). The rooms have LED lighting, while efficient in energy but they did not install enough so they were a bit dim. the bed mattress was a bit stiff. Need to add channels to the TV that are in other languages than only Turkish. they don't have a pool; the personnel was willing to help, but not so well organized. Room service came once in three days, rooms with poor lighting, tiny shower space. room inside is very deem in the night. The room loction no wi fi. Breakfast need to be better.
