Owners manage the hotel themselves and it explains everything. Your every wish, need, problem or issue is taken personally and resolved in the fastest way. They go far more beyond the limits of just being "nice", they really care about you in all senses. I came to Alacati for windsurfing, but there was no wind, so they took me to the local fruit market, showed around Cesme, invited to a restaraunt, gave hints about night life, when my navi system went down they drove with me to show the way....
