  The service is outstanding. Attention to detail is what distinguishes this hotel from many others. All of the staff, from waiters to gardeners, are doing an extraordinary job being very attentive and above all very, very friendly. I have travelled a lot all over the world, but this hotel is special. Rooms - everything was perfect. food, location, staff, cleaning. Staff is very kind and friendly. Nearly every night there is a social event like wine tasting and free tapas. They arrange many facilities like snorkelling (must try) and island tours. Also they put flowers every part of hotel and really smells good :). Rooms are really big and over quality. There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

  Pimalai is truly a little slice of heaven. Stunning grounds, delicious food, gorgeous spacious rooms on the most beautiful stretch of the island. I hope I am lucky enough to return to this haven of peace someday, as this is truly a unique and perfect spot - We stayed 2 night in Pimalai at the end of 4 weeks honeymoon trip. the hotel is located right on the beach spreading further towards the hill. the beach is quite nice but depend on the tide state. we really liked the room which was really comfortable, the breakfast (they have macaroons.. :), the shed in front of the beach. The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

  The modern clean design. All rooms have an ocean view. Only 15 rooms. Food is great. Quiet and private. Surrounded by nature. Shona was entertaining and accommodating. - Each room has an amazing view of the ocean, its a great outlook. The building is modern and the staff are extremely friendly.   I like everytrees and atmosphere in the resort, they look natural and shady. The bizarre shape of group of mountains confronting the Tubkaak beach is so stunning, the hotel seems to have its own beach so it's easy to walk down to the sea from your room in just a second.   very quiet, only 20 guest (high season 300). Location was nice, but you have to rent a motorbike (4 euro/day) to explore the island more. Beautiful garden and ponds (with some Iguanas in it) in the center of the hotel, so nice view from breakfast area, which is on 2nd floor. We sat at the balcony, very nice. Very relaxing environment...conducive to both couples and families. As a result, the central location of the resort makes it a great place to be if you want to get out and explore for a few days!

  Great hotel, booked direct pool access room online at discount price, was amazing room. The main pool area is at top of resort, but golf buggys run you around resort when ever needed.   Outrigger was definitely the best hotel we've stayed at in Thailand. Since the moment the hotel was revealed to my eyes from far away by long tail boat, my breathe was taken and it was hard to readjust. We came for our honeymoon and this is by far the most suitable hotel for that purpose, surrounded by peaceful couples. The rooms are - My husband has food allergies and I emailed the staff ahead of time to inform them. The food & beverage manager met with us and assured us that her staff had the list. Indeed they did - it was nice not to have to repeat all the allergies and they were all very thorough. The property, bungalow, pool and restaurants were all great. We were really impressed and thankful for the 3 nights we had here. We were finally able to get some sleep.

In addition, we had to go to doctor with urgency, and one of the Managers organized it immediately, that was excellent.   It was a pleasant stay with Mercure Krabi Deevana. It surprise me with a birthday cake in the hotel room after our dinner. We never thought the hotel would be that thoughtful. As for the facilities, we are happy about it even though it is a little bit far from the town(by walking about 10-15min) and from airport is around 30min to reach. The hotel made us feel cozy and relax and we had a wonderful trip! - The hotel is new, very clean (room and theritory), friendly staff. Not far from the beach, about 20 minutes on foot or 3 mins by tuk-tuk (20 Baht per person one way). Nice swimming pool. Price/quality ratio is very cool, we paid about $65 per night, and the hotel looks like solid 4 stars (~$90-100). The restaurant is ok, but 70% of our dinners we had outside.
