Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. -
Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design.
Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us. The apartments and the amenities were perfect for my needs. Plenty of space and a great kitchen to cook in if we didn't go out - which we did most of the time. Centrally located and a short walk from most of my meetings. Staff are great and do everything they can to make you welcome and happy throughout your stay. I tried the rooftop infinity pool this time (I stayed a month ago) - views over Bangkok are breathtaking. Can't fault this place.

Allt. Från bemötande till kvalitet. Rent snyggt stilfullt. Gym, pool, fruktansvärt god mat. Underbar säng:) - Utmärkt läge, bra rum och mycket bra frukostbuffé. Fin pool på 16:e våningen med sol fram till lunch. Trevlig och bra personal som gjorde vistelsen avkopplande.

Everything.. Hotel is spic and spam, staff are so friendly with such lovely smiles on their faces all the time. I glad I picked the right one from so many options in Bangkok. I have never seem any city worh sp mich traffoc prpblem, so best way to travel is by train and this hotel is Walking distance from train station. 1 stop to Siam and one stop to MBK! Convenient for shopping. And ofcourse for business trip, it's right in business district. Will go back again, for sure!

The location for getting around Bangkok is hard to beat. Very convenient
to light rail to downtown walking through mall with least outdoor

Emporium was the first place I stayed in Thailand. When you arrived you were greeted by gentlemen opening doors, collecting bags etc. The staff were very helpful.
The swimming pool / gym area was fabulous.
Night lights were impressive.
Access to sky train was only minutes away. If you needed a taxi, the gentleman out the front hailed one for you.
No noise in rooms at all, very quiet.
It felt very luxurious to stay there.

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -

The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. Take his advises. -
