  Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

  Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. - The staff treats you like a royalty, polite, helpful, accomodating.   This hotel is absolutely beautifull, the room was big and had everything in it, good coffee maker, books, television's very nice bathroom a nice balcony. Breakfast was excellent, we have two children 5 and 9 years old, they loved the Kids club with pc's, WII games, painting, and fun games with the nursery staff. The pool is huge and not to deep so... vad folk säger » ideal for the kids, There is a walkway to the Paragon department store this is only 40 meters away from the hotel, here you find everything you want - > possibly the best hotel i have ever stayed in > excellent modern design both in the room and public areas > great courtyard with pools and greenery > ability to open windows and get fresh air (hate those modern sealed towers) > excellent food > adjacent to a great mall > very close to the airport express station (5 min drive)

  The best luxurious hotel in bankgok every thing was great what I like in the hotel is location very close to everything and metro station the design is wonderful stuff very friendly very clean room and they are taken care about a lot of details its good shoes for family and business visitors and for single people well done - The rooms will litera... vad folk säger » turally knock you down. Amazing design, the technology used to control the rooms lightening with a little touchpad is really fun. The lunch was horrible whereby the breakfast was just a taste for its own.
