I like that the location is on Sukhumvit 55 (main road). It's safer. There's a plaza right infront with a supermarket, 24 hrs Burger King, Starbucks and few restaurants. Room and facilities were modern and great. Excellent quality overall. Great gym, nice big rooms, kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Bathrobes and laundry was over the top nice. Felt very much like home. Great views from balcony and fantastic location on Thong Lo. I look forward to staying here again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I review hotels and the service industry for a living, but Lohas weren't to know that. The hotel is well run, the staff are excellent. The proximity of the hotel is really good for those on a shopping trip. Siam Paragon, Central World, Digital Discovery, Siam Discovery, MBK and Siam Square are all within walking distance. The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.

The facilites are fantastic in the main building, however if you have a room in the corner wing you need to be aware that there is no gym or swimming pool - although it only takes 5 minutes to get from one to the other this can be very inconvinient as it involves going outside... not great if you're in your boardies.

I like the design and architecture of the hotel. The rooms are stylish
equipped. The swimming-pool area is very nice. But it's in another
building. You have to go out, turn left and walk 10 meters along the

the deluxe suite was spacious and comfortable, staff very pleasant, location was central. the bar downstairs was excellent even though it was on the main road it felt like an oasis away from the noise of the road and had a very nice ambience and was a good meeting point for friends. -

The location was excellent, the staff were very polite and courteous. I arrived very early in the morning, yet they allowed me to check in and go to my room long before the official check in time.
