it's a really nice place. clean and cheap with a great pool & big bathroom!
- small street markets just behind the hotel.
- its a side street so you are really close to everything (food, drink, hairdresser & shops) and yet you can't hear loud music or many cars!

Excellent value for money, large comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff. Lovely large wet room style bathroom and a great little swimming pool on the roof looking over the city. Free internet available in the room. I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival and they met my requests for adjoining rooms.

Friendly helpful staff. Always gave a nice smile :-). You can rent a scooter from the reception and eat a nice meal at the restaurant at the bottom floor of the hotel. A Family Mart shop is 10m away where you can buy groceries and in the evenings a food market is 100m away where you can buy an assortment of foods for dinner. Free wifi and 2 bottle

Staff were amazing! Always helpful, ordering best deal taxis... Great place to stay. Huge rooms only 10 mins walk to patong beach. Must try the steak at the restaurant... The Italian chef knows his stuff!! :)

The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby.
