Without exception the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the red light district but my wife and I were perfectly at ease coming and going. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The hotel is only a five minuite walk from the skytrain and 10 minuite walk from the main shops. Hotel swimming pool is good and plenty of room around the pool for sunbathing. -

Staff were friendly and helpful. We got room upgrade and half price
breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Good location next to the Patpong night market and lots of places near by to eat. The room was comfortable but a little worn. The hotel was good value. It has a pool which is small but fine.

I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

Once in a rare while these days you come across a true gem. This apartment hotel is one of those. The accommodation is first rate, the food superb and the staff professional and friendly.
