  Beautiful old house full of pretty thai antiques, loved the traditional atmosphere and quirky feeling... very quiet street, the only noise was some 'opera' singer practicing in a house next door :)) the guesthouse is very quiet and aswell, which is wonderful in a city like this. Staff is very friendly and helpful, even let me stay till the evening... vad folk säger » without a need to pay for it when i needed to wait for late flight. there is a lovely shy girl taking care of daily room cleaning and breakfast cooki - Because of problems with my arrival at Bangkok I got to the Baan Tepa very late around midnight. The manager waited just for me and stayed up till I arrived, helped with a quick check-in so that I was able to rest. The next day I had a fresh delicious breakfast and the manager explained where I can go and what to do for a first visit in Bangkok. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again if I came a second time to Bangkok.

They save our bags for a complete day even that we didn't have a booking that day.   The location is very good, central and quiet because not directly on the street. The value for the price is quite good (big room, though not the luxury one, but with air-con, en-suite bathroom and a comfortable bed). So if you plan to visit the city, that can be a good option. - Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Beer in lobby fridge :)
