Wonderful oasis, close to the Grand Palace overlooking the busy river. Characterful cheaper rooms with complimentary water and teas/coffees on a table outside, nice touch. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed both times that we stayed here. The staff was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the river and very close to Wat Pho, Wat Arum and the Royal Palace. It has nearby restaurants that serve delicious food at reasonable prices. This hotel's location is ideal for a tourist. It is very new and clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. We even took a canal cruise while waiting for our departure flight. We highly recommend it

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -

My third time staying at this hotel, and is still the best so far comparing to the other two bedroom apartment I have stayed in Bangkok. Room is very spacious and hotel amenities with the washing machine and dryer inside the room is a plus... Definitely will stay again.....maybe will try to stay at the hangover suite....

We stayed three nights at Praya
Palazzo and were very happy with our choice. It was very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were very helpful, friendly and obliging. Our deluxe room was first class comfort. The hotel faced the river and we enjoyed sitting at the pool or having breakfast watching life on the river pass by. When we go back to Bangkok we will definitely stay there again.

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

We were upgraded to a suite on 32nd floor with excellent views, although the open balcony wouldn't be to everyone's taste.
