Room - no complains, except for loud aircon. Room was spacious, big bathroom, coffee and free water in the room.

The location is great; very close to Victory Monument bts Station. The
hotel is in a small alley but not difficult to find. There are plenty of
restaurants and food stalls in the area. The staff is friendly and ready
to help. The room is spacious and comfortable for a one-night stay. Wi-
fi signal is available in the room and free of charge.

Eftersom vi var där för att shoppa de sista dagarna på semestern kunde ju inte läget varit bättre det var nära till allt - LOcation. Just near to Bayoke Sky. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. No matter what question you had, they tried to help.

Its location suites us for walking and shopping, I love the omelettes which used to be cooked by a gentleman by the name of Mannit who I believe has passed away. HE WAS AN EXAMPLE OF THE EXCELLENT STAFF THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR EMPLOY.

stayed 13-16/06/13. The Location is very close to shopping area, just a 5 minutes walk. The Staff in the reception bellman housekeeping and restaurant are all friendly, they even allow us to have early check in. Good Service and highly recommended to all. Had a great stayed with them. Extremely wonderful place to stay in with the best services staffs ever. I have been a frequent traveller flying all over the world staying in 5 stars hotels. But I always book glow hotel when I go Bangkok for holiday because of it's shopping locations and their world class service :) it is great from counter to security guards. They work w pride, passion and integrity towards serving you. What's more can I ask for?

- Location. As far as I know, in terms of value for money , VIC 3 tops my list for hotels on BTS line.
- Comfort. I always get very bad back pain from sleeping in hotel bed, but VIC 3 mattress was just as good as what I have back home. I love the rainshower.

7eleven.
2. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning but the staff was so nice and manage to get us a room just to check in.
3. Ordered food from the hotel it was served fast and the food was great.
4. Hotel taxi driver(Mr Thanee) was so friendly and recommend us where to go and what to eat. Please look for him.
For me these few things that I mention is good enough for a good 4D 3N Holiday.

Staff were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. The room was lovely and spacious with an amazing view of the city. The price was excellent for the standard you receive.The have a shuttle service to the nearest underground station which is helpful.
It takes a while to get around the city so wherever you stay expect a bit of a journey in the city traffic when going by taxi. Lovely pool.
