  Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

  The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. Everything was provided for (in most cases, free of charge - we had our mini bar and internet free of charge during our entire stay!!). They reali - Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok. We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

  Nice looking rooms, staff is helpfull and speaks pretty good English, everything is clean enough, all the necessary services are available. Breakfast is ok thought may be not really a big choice. - It is a new hotel, so everything is very nice. The staff was spoke very good english and was very helpfull, I would differently recommed this hotel.

  - very spacious and nice room we chose a two-bedroom apartment for my family and it was so worth it - complete equipment for living there, ovens, washers and everything. feel convenient just like your home - close to the BTS chong nonsi station - nice neighborhood, restaurants and bars around that you can walk to. - The Spa is very nice, the Spa'... vad folk säger » s stuff very friendly. The gym is fantastic and one of the main reasons why I choose this place over other hotels. The rooms are very nice, well equipped and the room cleaning service is immaculate.

  The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent.   The hotel makes me feel like I am really in Thailand - beautiful silk everywhere and graceful Thai service. The pool is perfect for laps or lounging and the spa is excellent. It is a perfect city hotel in Bangkok. Food is great. - We stayed in one of the deluxe suites, which was just lovely.
