The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of Silom and the MRT. You don't have to fight rush hour traffic.
And the staff are extremely courteous and helpful, particularly with answering questions and arranging transportation from the door.

The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The apartments are quiet, very spacious and great value for money. The internet speed was always fast.
I actually stayed there for a week then left for Singapore the following week and then came back to this same Marriott for yet another week. The hotel kept my luggage in their store room for the week that I was away. On my return the service from the staff was excellent as always.

For us it was a oasis in a caotic city. Our room was big, bed and pillows are very good and bathroom has a excellent shower.
Ar conditioned work great in a extremelly hot city.
Location ins between two Skytrain. So it is easy to go to places that Skytrain or subway can leave you. And that is a problem for Bangkok, not a hotel issue.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend emailing to let staff know if you need to check in late as reception is not usually open 24 hours - but we emailed to let them know we were arriving at about 11.30pm and they were happy to make sure someone was there when we arrived. Very convenient location for the Skytrain, 2 stops on the Skytrain to the river where you can catch the Chao Phrayo Express and Tourist boats. The free mini bananas were a nice touch.

Second time in this hotel and everything was amazing - pool, rooftop garden (nice windy place for reading, relaxing, working, yoga practising, drinking beer - or whisky in Thailand :-) etc.), small fitness (I was alone here - same like in pool) and spacious elegant luxury rooms. Staff were friendly and attentive, and room was spotlessly clean. Shower head was broken, but they sent someone up to fix it immediately. Pool and tanning area were a bit smaller than expected from the pictures, but it was totally adequate to take a dip to cool off. Had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Location was also very convenient.

Very close to Nana station. Hot shower, good air con, small refrigerator, TV, and free Wi-Fi in room. My room was with one king bed and big window. The room was on the opposite side of the road, so very quiet at night. I got the hotel at 8 am, then they let me check in at that time without an extra charge. They served me morning plate at that day

Just in the middle (literally!) of the main road Sukhumvit, 2 mins from a metro station.
Staff are willing to accommodate reasonable needs and are always smiling.
Considering the cost, I would definitely stay again.

Convenience to both high-end and low-end shopping. Food-wise, you'll be spoilt for choice. Safety in the hotel is good as only registered guests are allowed into lift lobby. The receptionist will unlock the door for you. Room may be small but with all that you need and the housekeeping is efficient. Breakfast comes in sets, limited, but delicious.
