  Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! I have no complaints about anything at all for the hotel and couldn't recommend i - the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent. the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

  The room was excellent size and value for money. In a good location close to Silom. - Nice mid-range hotel, good for longer stays. Reasonable location near Silom. Helpful staff..   beautiful place close to busy area of bangkok. gym, pool and restaurent are fabulous. staff is very efficient . very easy check in and out. will check fraser again for my next holiday( next year in europe). cheers alain - Very friendly staff.   Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. - Great location near the gay area. Nice finishings and interior design. Buffet was amazing. Staff was generally polite and helpful.

  The location was excellent, the staff were very polite and courteous. I arrived very early in the morning, yet they allowed me to check in and go to my room long before the official check in time. Bearing in mind the location it was very quiet, with very little outside noise. - Perfect location just next to the night market.   The Santhorn Grace was super functional, clean, accommodating staff , and we enjoyed our stay.   As a hotelier myself I loved everything about St Regis Bangkok, Architectural interior details exceptional, design, spa, pool (although a bit small) comfort, location, has direct excess to the sky-train. Italian restaurant at ground floor looks great but did not get a change to eat hopefully next time.. Met gm, F&B Manager and Italian Chef and... vad folk säger » they all seems to be hands on types and very friendly and chatty. Will certainly go back and recommend friends.. - The butler service; they were at your door taking care of your needs. And the best of all is The Chief Butler he is an amazing person he did everything he could to ensure we get what we need at the right time.   The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. Everything was provided for (in most cases, free of charge - we had our mini bar and internet free of charge during our entire stay!!). They reali - Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok. We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.
