  We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped given we had two picky toddlers. Love the spacious ensuite bathroom (the children especially love the big bathtub that can house mommy an... vad folk säger » d both of them comfortably), family-friendly wading pool and kids' entertainment (a pity it was under repair though but the children kept peeping into - Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.

  location breakfast room was light and user friendly with good ventilation in the bathroom wifi was great air conditioning was great - My brother unfortunately left a bag in the taxi. The amount of time and effort they showed to track his belongings down was amazing.

The people there have a great value for money and are very flexible, putting you a personal package together. What a great guide as well as genuing person showing you the real Thailand, not just the tourist attractions. - its really well located and the staff are helpful and friendly. its pretty good value for money although its not that cheap but relative to other hotels in the area this is really the pick of the bunch. The hotel is obviously trying to be a standout hotel.
