  Staff: Very friendly. Had trouble with the safe deposit box twice, and they were prompt with the assistance. Check-in and out was reasonably prompt.   The location was awesome - set in a quiet Kata location away from the hustle and bustle of Patong and close enough to the shopping area of Kata Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and they were able to connect us directly to every tour possible we could think of. The tuk tuk and taxi service of the resort until 8pm nightly was amazing and sa... vad folk säger » ved us time and effort in negotiating the local area. They even waited for me on several occasions to return back to the resort. Easily the best resor - We loved it! Hotel is really quiet, and well located. Close to beach: 5 to 10 minutes walking from one of the nicest beaches of the island, and eating facilities nearby. There are some shops, but not too many. Rooms are spacious, luminous, very clean and silent. Nice pool, and massage, tours, transfer and room service. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and offer lots of options.

  Hotellet var fantastiskt! Poolerna helt underbara och service/personal likaså. Även frukosten var toppen. Ja - allt var kanon! - This is a really nice hotel, beautiful designed rooms, really nice view. And lovley pools. Good breakfast.

  Arrived late at night around 11pm and reception was there with a smiling face to greet us. Room is basic, but very comfortable, has everything you need. Cleaned daily, 2 free waters a day, free use of pool across the street, and 10 min walk to Kara Beach. We didn't rent a scooter but they are available. Many bars and restaurants to choose from. - Outstanding value!!! Has everything I need --- A/C, free wi-fi, refrigerator, very comfortable bed, close enough to the beach and nice restaurants (about 5-15 minute walk), but in a quiet area away from the craziness of the main streets. The staff is not professional - this is a small family owned place --- but they try hard and will do what they can to take care of you. Have stayed there on multiple occasions and look forward to going back.

  A great hotel/bungalows!! The staff were friendly. The pool was very clean and we had the place to ourselves pretty much as it was low season. The rooms were clean and spacious. . A 10 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute moto ride. Motos are up for rent everywhere for a very cheap price. Staff arranged a taxi back to the airport for us. - very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

  The rooms were fantastic, we had a grand deluxe, the staff amazing so attentive and always happy and smiling. As far as location goes I would never stay in patong or karon , although we did tuktuk most days to patong I still love kata beach . I had a baby and staff were more then happy to assist with extra water for her bottles ect. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai
