Amazing value for money. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water for the shower, bottled water, tea and coffee provided each day. Felt very safe and secure. Very, very clean. We loved everything about this place. Super friendly
staff and yes, the grandmother actually lives in room #1. 8 rooms to the
place. They let you pick which one you want when you check in. Can I say
again how clean this place is. We stayed on the 8th of October 2013. It
looks like they finished building the place on the 7th of October,
that's how nice this place looks.
We stayed at places for $45 a night and they don't compare to how clean and nice this place was.

I love the quiet environment and hotel, itself is located near the city centre, just a few minutes by riding motorcycle.
My double room is pretty clean, with free wifi and private bathroom, but it got problem so the water pressure was very weak. Still be fine with me!

This would be among the cleanest places that I have ever stayed in. The
room are very light and spacious and immaculate.
The all white an oyster grey curtains are fantastic and the decor is understated and vey refined - as good as any 4-5 start hotel in BKK or anywhere
The staff were most obliging.
