  This hotel is the best we've stayed at in Thailand. Rooms are located in a wonderful garden with swimming pool, it is very calm and comfortable. No noise from the city, it seems you are in a little paradise.   Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. An example was that one day after a heavy day walking around temples and looking forward to a nice rela - The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

  The staff were helpful, we were picked up and the car arrived exactly on time. The actual hotel and apartments are only a year old and are stylishly decorated. There is a small gym which is outside but in the shade, and a pool. We stayed in the suite which had a two ring hob, microwave and fridge. Incredibly helpful, gave us wonderful recommendations, helped us get taxis, red trucks, and tuk tuks. Also told us what to avoid :) The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. We loved the location as well...we were not in a touristy area at all, so we got to experience authentic Chiang Mai.

  We went in the hot season, just before the rainy season, so the place was quiet and we got a great deal on a pool-side room. The weather held (mostly) but was extremely hot - up to 38c at times, so the pool (and aircon) were a blessing. The room was beautiful and well cleaned but the real highlight is the place itself - from the classic Lanna styl... vad folk säger » e entrance 'building' which is very pretty, especially lit up at night, the waterfalls, ponds, trees (you need to read the notes pinned on them!), scu - We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed at KP for 3 nights in one of the 94 sqm Lanna villas. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab

  We booked a villa in this lovely resort for six nights and loved every minute from the moment we checked in until the day we left. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful and most had excellent English. The grounds and rooms are impeccably maintained. We enjoyed daily breakfast (excellent spread) and a couple of evening meals in the resta... vad folk säger » urant, which were all of good quality and reasonably priced. As a honeymoon treat, we arranged a "private romantic poolside dinner" one evening, with - We enjoyed the lovely setting of Siripanna, the low-rise buildings, mixed with villas, the lush, green gardens, lovely unusual pool. Our room comfortable and spacious. Staff very accommodating but you did have to come up with the questions of what to do, touring wasn't openly offered here. Didn't mind that it was slightly out of town, the beautiful setting more than made up for this and the area was interesting. However free shuttles to the main markets and the night bazaar helped.

Found all areas of the hotel to be immaculate. breakfast included a great variety of good food. - Location and extreme good value for money in a classical hotel, where every thing functions - including a powerful hot water shower - which is rare in many new boutique hotels that are much higher priced.

  Very Beautiful Hotel , We stayed for our Honeymoon ! It was the best for relaxation and to have a real break from the city life . - a peaceful oasis just 15minutes drive away from a very busy city. High standards of accomodation and friendly service.
