  The spacious room with view to the river, the large swimming pool, the club lounge and most of all the very helpful and efficient staff. Special thanks to Joy from the Club Lounge who helped us choose and book our trips - couldn't have done it without him! The new general manager was always there to meet and greet the guests and to make sure that ... vad folk säger » they were well looked after. Thank you, Nick for all your help and advice! Hope to come again soon and spend longer at this lovely hotel. - Probably one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in my life, wonderful staff, wonderful architectural style, food unbelievably amazing!
