  Well located within easy walk of Restaurants, bars & markets. Close to airport; taxi only 120 Baht. Good Tour information, nice Coffee lounge with helpful staff. The pool was small incorporating a toddlers pool. It was always clean, although the pool furniture & feature wall require urgent attention. Good daily service, pool towels available & a comfor - large bottles of water each day. nice big pool. four lounge chairs around pool (please put cushions on chairs). lots of towels for pool. staff very friendly and knowledgeable and very accommadating. lots of transportaion right out the door. restaurants close by easy walk to night market. many tiour operators in area. rooms large and clean not crowded easy to walk anywhere or rents bikes cars motor bkies from here very positive experience and stay

  Everything was excellent. Horizon Club was well worth the little extra as you get so much more for your money . Staff were so friendly. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. An example was that one day after a heavy day walking around temples and looking forward to a nice rela - The great care that the staff extended to my husband and myself. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As we were elderly it was sometimes a little difficult for us but all the staff were unfailingly kind and did not make us feel that we were nuisances. My highest praise for all of them.

  Great warm welcome from all the team at Ping Nakara. Peaceful, very relaxing, an excellent breakfast. Well appointed rooms, very knowledgeable team who are always willing to assist. Nakara Jardin, an excellent new addition beside the hotel with excellent patisserie is well worth a visit - Ping Nakara is absolutely amazing.   The check-in was efficient and friendly. The lobby was imposing and what a 5-star hotel should be. The suite was well decorated and spacious and had everything we might have forgotten at home.   We went in the hot season, just before the rainy season, so the place was quiet and we got a great deal on a pool-side room. The weather held (mostly) but was extremely hot - up to 38c at times, so the pool (and aircon) were a blessing. The room was beautiful and well cleaned but the real highlight is the place itself - from the classic Lanna styl... vad folk säger » e entrance 'building' which is very pretty, especially lit up at night, the waterfalls, ponds, trees (you need to read the notes pinned on them!), scu - We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed at KP for 3 nights in one of the 94 sqm Lanna villas. That was a great deal well worth the extra 50USD/night for enjoying full privacy, private garden, outdoor jacuzzi, massage tables and steam room. KP site is well kept, the room service spotless, the breakfast royal (bit weak on the pastries though), the staff very friendly and access to downtown made hassle free thanks to the KP shuttle bus (book it well in advance especially on WE) or you can always book a cab
