  Great location and the hotel is very nice - Excellent location, lots of shops and bars right outside the hotel. Nice pool next to the beach.

  I cannot fault Baan Haad Ngam at all. From the very second we arrived we were greated with wonderful service, smiles and the feeling of being in a magnificent resort. It was better then what we could have ever expected. Our next trip over to Koh Samui is already being planned and we intent to stay at BHN Resort again. It has everything.   The friendly and helpfull staff, excellent management and perfect service with unobtrusive. A quiet place for relaxation with good accessibility to places of entertainment and shopping, while all the necessary infrastructure is near the hotel. Delicious food, abundant and varied breakfasts. Nice Spa. What else do you need - + Everything was really good! + Location is quiet, but close to Chaweng's nightlife, 1,5 km along the beach;; + sea is clean and suitable for swimming (the only place at Chaweng where the water is not so shallow); + beach is very clean, no parked scooters, etc.; + great SPA with glass wall facing the sea; + complimentary fruits; + tasty food in restaurant with live music in the evening; + English-speaking staff, very polite and attentive to your needs.
