  My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. Even taking a taxi to the airport is not expensive. The male staff members are much more friendlier than the female staff. The male staff at the entrance are very h... vad folk säger » elpful. This hotel is next to the big duty free shopping mall, so easy for shopping lovers. The hotel room is modern, spacious, clean and neat. I wou - The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station. Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

  Laget, service. frukostbuffe - Well located right in the heart of China Town and only 10 minutes walk to the river where you can catch the ferry to see the cities attractions. The room safe was very large to put all your valuables.   Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab! I have no complaints about anything at all for the hotel and couldn't recommend i - the hotel is very tall, 60+ and we had the room on the 58th floor, view was awesome. rooms were normal sized, bathrooms ok, the daily scents in the room were amazing, beds comfy. breakfast was good variety and very good view with fountain. the concierge service was excellent. the hotel is awesome but not like usual banyan tree hotels. spa was the best. free water in the rooms is great

  Everything about that hotel is just perfect. One of the best hotels Ihave stayed in for almost 10 years of my traveling worldwide - Great hotel - everything was simply great. Perfect location, beautiful room and friendly staff. Will definately stay again!

  The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok. Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

  As a hotelier myself I loved everything about St Regis Bangkok, Architectural interior details exceptional, design, spa, pool (although a bit small) comfort, location, has direct excess to the sky-train. Italian restaurant at ground floor looks great but did not get a change to eat hopefully next time.. Met gm, F&B Manager and Italian Chef and... vad folk säger » they all seems to be hands on types and very friendly and chatty. Will certainly go back and recommend friends.. - The butler service; they were at your door taking care of your needs. And the best of all is The Chief Butler he is an amazing person he did everything he could to ensure we get what we need at the right time. He is a true representative of the St. Regis. and Thai hospitality. Thank you so much

  Everything from start to finish was amazing! We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a very friendly male manager, who instantly upgraded us to a honeymoon suite with the river view. The rooms where very clean and spacious with all modern decor, and the comfiest bed ive ever slept in, the food was great too. Will 100% be returning in the near - An excellent hotel. Couldn't be faulted. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant was excellent value, and breakfast had every type of food you could possibly want.   Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

  Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean. Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it. Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic. One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.... vad folk säger » However, when I did this I was directed to reception who didn't seem to be aware of such a service. That said they were again very helpful and contac - The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. All the staffs were friendly but not over-friendly, they know when to let you have some personal space, which is super good for us.
