Location is very good. We walked across Phra Arthitt for the boat ferry to the sites. Walked to the Grand Palace, ate in the numerous restaurants within the area while watching backpackers arriving and leaving. We felt safe within this community. Location is good as close to all the street action. Room was clean. It was clean and quiet. One staff at reception was a bit abrupt when we arrived to check in that we were ready to cancel booking and go elsewhere. Our luggages prevented us from moving on. She was friendly though the following day.
