On check in we asked for our 2 x two bedroom apartments to be close to
each other as we were two families travelling together. Within minutes
the staff had upgraded us to a four bedroom villa with private pool so
that we could stay together. The standard of accommodation was

The resort was very pleasant, we stayed at a three bedroom villa with a private pool, which was cosy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied with an acceptable selection. There were two other pools at the property which the kids enjoyed besides the pool in the villa. The place is very quiet and relaxing if you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Patong Beach. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay there

The staff were very friendly and professionals. The breakfast buffet was
really good. The transportation within the resort and the laguna area is
free whether by shuttle, buggy or bicycle. The landscape of the resort
and the surrounding area is wonderful. The In-villa dining was good. The
Spa is one of my best experience. -

From the moment of arrival to the minute we left, the hotel staff gave us nothing short of 5* treatment. Beautiful beach club, plenty to do and a great breakfast.

- Rooms are huge! They converted a huge day-bed into a double bed for my 2 kids. Perfect for a family of 4 staying in the room!
- The SLIDE at the pool is awesome! Kids love it to bits. We probably took 2000 slides in our 5 days there!
- Candy the young elephant at the resort. Visiting us daily at the poolside is cool!

A fantastic hotel - luxurious and laid back at the same time - in beautiful setting on a long sweeping beech with warm ocean swims. Whilst we were there we checked out the other hotels in the Luguna area and we felt this was by far the best one. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble.
