  The staff were very friendly and professionals. The breakfast buffet was really good. The transportation within the resort and the laguna area is free whether by shuttle, buggy or bicycle.   Magnificent atmosphere and 5 star service. We stayed in the resort 6 days in jan of 2011. All nice words about Eric and his approach to hotel service wich I red in the web before trip were true. It is far from the beach but it doesn`t metter a lot because he offer a transfer service to beach and back for free.
