  Really loved this place. Chatchada (the owner) and Andy (the manager) are fantastic. It was like staying with family. Chatchada was always happy and smiling and was so helpful with any requests that we had. Andy was a great friendly Aussie, who was always laughing and joking.   The staff was very helpful and friendly. Charlie speaks perfect English, which is also helpful. The hotel was off of the main road but very quietly recessed. It's far enough from the very touristy area to feel authentic (and is cheaper) but you will need a 25 minute walk or 50 baht for a tuk tuk. Had immediate hot water, free wifi and a solid A/C ... vad folk säger » unit. For the price, it is a great value. - Charlie and Jeab are perfect hosts! We felt really welcome, they helped us with anything. Room is big and clean. Great shower. Good wifi. Location is also very good. Far from the noise but still close enough to the beach. Dvd's at reception is also a big plus. Thank you for everything! We recommend everybody to stay at Baan Taveesri.

  What can we say that hasn't been said in previous reviews. One thing we do not usually expect from a holiday resort is intimacy and personal treatment. These two aspects are what make Baan Habeebee simply a perfect place to relax and enjoy the "real" pleasures of Thailand - peace, tranquility and attention to detail. When we mentioned in our ear - The fact that we could relax was, to us, a major issue. The pool was well maintained as were the gardens and surrounds. Our host Ming, was excellent in everything she did, her omelettes for breakfast were very enjoyable. The resort, tho small, was for us big enough and just far enough out of town so that we would not be affected by noise but close enough for a short lift into town by their free transport.   We recently stayed at the L and found it to be extremely comfortable, with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, luxurious and felt like 'home away from home'. Clean and neat with a wonderful spa bath that we definitely underutilized! Everything was within easy reach of the L - an easy walk or tuk-tuk ride away. W - The location and the incredibly friendly and co-operative staff and the facilities and the access to some many other retail and recreational outlets. The pool is excellent and the fact that the hotel provides IPADs to all guests was a real bonus. Finally, the food exceeded our expectations.

  I liked everything! The bedroom is new,clean,with AC, each bed has its own mirror and big locker. The matress is new and comfortable. All of it makes the sleeping quality very good. The public area is beautiful, it has a big garden and a breakfast room open to the garden with a lot of facilities. And the staff is really friendly and helpful.The location is nice if you want to be a - Glur has far exceeded my expectations even after reading great rewievs. Amazing setting, laid back, very clean, great hosts, comfy beds, great design, great great great. It's a 20 min walk from the beach but every other place thats closer to beach is on the main busy road full of shops, restaurants, and traffic noise. This is like the secret hidden paradise spot, so close to everything this town has to offer yet so removed from all the touristy nonsense. And I cant believe they dont charge more

  The staff was extremely helpful with every need. I am disabled and travel with a medium sized Service Dog. This is unusual in Thailand, but they were wonderful. When I lost my camera. They found it and brought it to me, even though there was no longer room available for me at their hotel.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Supsangdao Resort. It is owned by a family, and they really do everything to make your stay as nice as possible. They are really friendly and they help you where they can. The bungalows are big and spacious. They have a good air conditioning, a big bed, a fridge and a large bathroom with shower and bath. The resort is a few kilometers away f - We loved it here! As everyone else has been saying in the reviews, the owners are really friendly and always on their toes for your needs. We stayed for 14 days, but only ate breakfast once, but it was great when we did :) Location was a plus for us, since we didn't want to live in the middle of town.   The owner/manager is awesome! He was friendly from the first moment and has a wealth of knowledge and advice. He speaks fluent English and knows the western culture enough to anticipate needs. We also liked that the bungalows were set far enough from the road that it was quiet and offered a nice clean jungle type setting that was close enough to A... vad folk säger » onang beach, the restaurants and bars. The family restaurant was also cheap and located next door. One stop shop also has very reasonably priced to - Ismail is a great host. The Bungalow is very close to the beach and some great local restaurants. It's also quiet at night. The bungalow itself is pretty basic - bed, TV, wardrobe, A/C, and fan. The weather was nice enough that a simple fan at night was enough to keep me comfortable. Internet is available (I was able to Skype with family), but it doesn't reach the bungalow I stayed in. I definitely recommend a stay here.

  We walked into Peace by chance and were delighted to have found such a lovely place. Staff were helpful, location almost perfect, our detached bungalow was wonderful, breakfast a delight and meals plentiful and inexpensive. They even have a "Water Monitor" which we nicknamed Malcolm.
