  Staff members were very friendly and helpful. If you travel to Switzerland from the U.K. and intend to use your computer or recharge a battery of your mobile phone or tablet, be aware that an electrical plug in Switzerland is different from the European standard two-pin one. Zurich is expensive, and the price was ok for what was on offer. The location is a short (10- 14 Minute) tram ride from the centre, with a tram stop more or less outside the hotel. Breakfast good but expensive if not included with the package, and a "quick" breakfast on offer. The hotel was quiet. The bar was functional, and barstaff friendly. I would probably stay there again

  The Apartment was very nicely maintained, very comfortable 03 Tram station (Tram 11 & 14) from the Main Zurich station.   Ambience, cleaniness, friendliness of staff - Its location was excellent and although garage parking was available at a cost the staff assisted by moving our car into free street parking and we had no hassles at all.
